Update, Update. Alright, so i figured out what to do. It was because the questline didn't activate after the temple quest, thats why she kept walking off. So anyways if anyone else has the same issue you can console command "setstage DLCMQ03 10" without quotes and the quest will activate. This page has the links you need to track down whichever questline you need to console command past or activate.

Update...so i think it might be that the "fate of the skall" quest isn't activating after the "temple of miraak" questline. Does anyone know how to activate a questline that isnt in the questlog yet?

So im playing the dragon-born DLC, I've made it through to the black book "waking dreams". When i activate the book i get transported to mirrak but instead of talking and turning around to confront me he just stands there with his back turned and does nothing. I tried to console command past the part but when i try to talk to Freya afterward she just ignores me and walks off and no longer acts as though im even there. Even when Freya gets back to her village she just wanders about and ignores everyone else. I have ran FNIS dozens of times, to no avail, and i feel truly stuck.

I would leave the area (cell) and allow it reset and see if that will allow the game to reload the missing door. Try going to a player home or other indoor area and wait a few days in-game time, or even do some other missions away from the problem. After your away from the effected cell the game will automatically reset the cell to rematch your characters stats. I suspect your playing the cult of botheia quest, the bandits you killed already will be gone and the champion will still be inside waiting so no worries there. If that doesn't work you might need to revert to a previous save. Sometimes when you save near an effected cell the save makes it a permanent part of the game. I doubt that this was anything you did wrong, it's merely something that happens in skyrim from time to time. If you haven't already i would suggest downloading the unofficial patches, they address allot of the odd glitch problems that Bethesda simply don't have time or resources to fix them-selfs.

The only thing i think that could have gone wrong at this point is if the ENB mistook some of your Nif.character texture mods and over wrote them. Try logging into steam, library, rightclick elderscrolls in favorites in the lower left below the store, properties, local files, then click on verify integrity of game cache. It might take a few minutes to fully complete but if basically it re-applies all the missing vanilla files in your game. If you made any changes to your skyrim prefs.ini to remove/modify the shadows or lights in the game you will have to redo them. This will not effect any of your game mods so your good there. I wouldn't try to run sharpshooter again (for obvious reasons). And you will need to re-run TES5 edit on the main files again if you had done that before, the whole process of only takes about 15 minutes.

i have no idea what would cause that but i use a camera reticle mod http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/37347. Its not a fix for the problem but if you can't nail this down it may be a way to bypass it. This mod allows you to customize the reticle from the mod manager in SKYUi.

Have you TES5 edited your game?

WOW that's a ton of mods. :) Right off the bat your unofficial patches aren't in the right spot. Neither are your Highres. Patches need to go to the top of the list. Skyrim, Dawnguard, Hearthfire, Dragonborn, in that order. Put your Highres next in the same order followed by the patch. Honestly i'm at a loss after that, some of those mods I've never even herd of. It might be worth paring that list down somewhat when you decide to start a new game.

If you uninstall a mod and save you also save the impact that it has in the game cell. You will need to leave the area and allow the cell to reset before the game can reset to its original textures/meshes. Go to a player house or indoor area away from the effected cells and wait an week in-game. If that doesn't fix you may need to restart your game. Try traveling to another city, one you haven't been to at all would be the best but atleast one you haven't been to for a few weeks in-game time. If they are walking about semi-nude then you will need to restart your game. From now on if your trying out a mod your not certain you want to keep don't save.

So your skyrim ini says your missing some master files, then makes reference to a "warning text" file. I suspect that text will tell you which masters your missing that are the problem for your missing textures. Next, something is very wrong with your better vampires mod. 90% of your papyrus are missing files in that one mod alone. I'm certain you will need to replace that whole mod to fix that one, but it might be viewed as a good opportunity to upgrade to the latest version as well. Find that warning text and post it if you can i'm actually very curious to what it has to say. Also, your DSU enchantment quest and spouse custom home are missing files as well, thought i can't find that DSU quest in your load order. "DSU Update Enchantment". Was that a quest you removed from your load order? Arcane assassin and touch of calamity don't appear on your load order but are trying to load components of their script. You might need to track down the files in the game folder and pull them to desktop, i would create a desktop folder to store them instead of erasing them for future use/reference. Any issues after that post again and we can work from there, good luck :)

I'm guessing that you tried to download on the weekend yes? There's a massive server load on the weekend. And like most things in life server time is sort of a first come first serve basis. I would give another go either later Monday or better yet Tuesday morning and hopefully it will resolve.
