Mostly environmental mods. Some character mods like less blocky faces and better females by bella. An fps limiter and some amour retextures.

Ok so steam forces me to download the latest patch when i try to start even though I have it set to "do not do automatic updates". After when I finally got in I realize this stupid patch is making all my mods not work. I have reinstalled, re modded, tried to run offline mode but nothing works. Seriously wtf steam, How do I get my mods to work or do I just have to wait for a new patch to fix this BS?
