  1. *Apologies, I tried to edit my paragraph but ended up deleting it, so clumsy Greetings to all! So I made some assets that I replicated from Blood Omen 2 (not 100% in terms of shape) using Blender, and used the textures from that game (used ripping software to get it). Obviously this is a no no, but the textures I took are just enviromental and buildings (e.g. wood plank, brick wall) The reason why I did this as I wanted to make some assets similar to vanilla Morrowind. Plus this was my first time using Blender so I wanted to work off something. Obviously I will credit the team, the art director, the company and state which game the assets came from, but I will not upload it until I get some idea of how legal it is. Again I dont want to be a thief, the stuff I upload cannot be shared or edited. But on contuary I did see someone upload a playable Kain, so I am not sure how linent this website is. In the end I am still new here, and I will respect the original creators work. But this was mostly done for fun, and I would like to see what people use it for. PS. If you guys want pictures I will gladly post them up for proof. Regards
  2. Greetings to all! So I came across this issue when attempting to export my model from .blend to .nif (in Blender of course). However I came across this issue. Now upon following this guide on the issue this is all I can see in the shader panel. To clear up some questions, yes I am using Blender 2.79b with the Nif-Plugin. I have followed alot of guides online to export as such. I did attempt an to .3ds but only the model got exported, not the textures. I have attempted using Blender 2.49 but that one gave me issues. If there is anyone who may have a simple guide to exporting both models and textures I will appriciate it. Also, I was wondering if it were possible to add the textures in Nifskope? The problem I ran into doing this was that the 'NiSource Texture'was missing when exporing my model without textures. So, hopefully this will be a quick fix, and maybe to help anyone else who has this issue. Regards.

  4. Greetings to All! I have but a problem which I need someone to help me with (just an answer is fine). So I got my hands on this model from a dead mod (modders' gave permission to use and edit) and I have been attempting to clean it up for my own use. I have hit an issue with the collision meshes however. Mind you, this model is big. The photo shall give you an idea. So in this instance the rock on which the giant telescope lies on has collision, but the rock where the other building is on (the human statue one) has no collision. That's is just one issue of the collision. That building with the statue doesn't have collision at all, as does the stone ramp leading up to the giant telescope. I am new to modeling, but I have searched online and gained little help and info back. Even drastic ones like putting a hull mesh over the whole damn model (which is beyond my skill) or stealing collision meshes which I feel might be more problematic. Anyway, I hope someone provides an answer to this. Regards
  5. Greetings to all Ultima and Morrowind Fans! As someone who has recently entered the Ultima franchise (starting with the worst one - '9') and I was hoping to find some community mods and works to keep interests afloat. Redemption caught my eye as it was a Morrowind mod, and I love modding games like Morrowind. Sadly I have looked everywhere but all links to the devs assets and mod files are gone. Like really gone. The assets were released to the public in 2016 yet it's been 3 years and no one thought of uploading them again online. Not even people who steal assets have uploaded them! All websites are dead, and links to databases are gone as well. There is no way of downloading the mod or assets online. The only thing that remains are the dead forums and images of this beautiful mod. So I ask this to the community or anyone involved in the project, does anyone have all the files, mods and assets of Redemption? It's low to beg, even on forums but this mod is on the danger of going extinct. I really would like to have my hands on all of those assets and hopefully bring something new out of it.   6. Greetings To All As someone recently getting into Morrowind Modding, this has been pulling on my nerves. So here how it goes: - I make a new NPC ( Call him Tim) - Tim has new home to live in, and stays inside house all the time - I assign all items to belong to Tim in extra data menu *Testing Time* - Player enters Tim's house - Player starts stealing Tim's stuff - Tim starts yelling, calling player a thief and threatens to call the guards <Player has enough of this nonsense> - Player walks up to Tim and engages in a conversation - Tim is polite and responds normally - In fact, Tim didn't even attack the player while he stole his stuff <Player is confused> - Player walks outside house - An Imperial Guard approaches <Player panics> - Guard walks by without batting an eye - Player is confused - Player walks up to Guard and engages in a conversation - Guard responds: "I am an officer of the Imperial Legion. Move along" - Wot But in all seriousness, Its not just my mod this issues belongs in. I encountered this problem with a vanilla NPC Teruise Girvayne in Seyda Neen who did exactly as what I just told in the story above. Parallel to this was Arrille who went crazy on me when I stole her stuff, even the Altmer trader got in the fight. How does one reslove this issue?
