I'm working on a story mod called "The Phoenix" and I had a guy helping me by doing a retexture, but he hasn't replied to me in weeks. I cannot continue any further without the retexture, and I want to get the ball rolling. If anyone can help me, I'd be very appreciative.

OK, I'm looking for voice actors for a mod I'm designing called "The Phoenix". The mod involves a group of united NCR and Legion outcasts attempting to take an abandoned Vault 26 for their personal use. Vault 26 is inhabited by scorpions, feral ghouls, and an uncommonly mellow nightkin. There are 14 voiced characters and information can be found at http://community.danosongs.com/forum/topics/the-phoenix-main-discussion-page. And don't worry, I've received permission from that sight's administrator to add the link. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could you give me some info on how to "dual melee weapon wield" (try saying that 5 times fast), and if I can do it in the GECK? I'm trying to do this for custom NPCs, not myself.

In a world full of plasma weaponry and nuclear bombs you can fire out of a gun, holding a pistol in each hand isn't much of a stretch.

It's easy to create and hire as many companions as you want (you can have multiple companions through exploits; remember, they're not exactly cheats) although many companions can be hard on your system. I'm sure there's a thread about companion exploits somewhere around here.

Is it even possible for New Vegas, if only for pistols or 1 handed melee weapons?

I've set them all to aggresive, but I'll try brave. -
I've created a custom faction including custom NPCs in the GECK. The faction is neutral to the player. I've set each NPC to "foolhardy" and "helps allies", but in game when I attack one, the rest scatter and flee, leaving the NPC to his fate. Mind you, all of these people are heavily armed and could easily overwhelm me. Could someone tell me how to fix this, so that they aid each other?

I changed the .ini file as specified. No change, the heads are still pale. -

I've checked other NPCs in the game, and face skin color is normal, so it's just my characters that are bugging. -

I ticked "can be all races" for all characters, and used FNVedit to convert the file to esm, now the bodies are the correct shade, but the faces are still the same pale white. -
This game may be a post-apocalyptic western, but it's still a western. I have an idea for a mod that requires rid-able horses. If someone could create this mod, or point me to an already existing one, I'd greatly appreciate it.

I'm creating a story mod involving NPCs, and when I put them in the world, in the GECK the NPCs' skin color is as it should be (diverse), but in-game they're all the same skin color (caucasian/ white). If anybody knows how to correct this, I'd appreciate the help.

What are the guidelines for naming versions of mods (Version 1.0, 1.5, 2.1, etc.), and what are Alpha and Beta mods?

Well, in the past I've worked with simply adding buildings and NPCs to Oblivion, but I've been trying to learn how to script and build quests. I don't have much experience with the GECK, but I'm learning. -

I'm trying to install the mod for FCOM, but my computer won't open OMOD or 7zip files. Can someone help me?
