So i went through the mods and when i disabled the mod Advanced Animation Framework the message is gone so i guess its fixed. i appreciate the help!

Everytime i start a save i get this Notification $NO_F4SE https://i.imgur.com/hp87hUV.png I have reinstalled all the mods, the Script extender and verified the game files but still get the same Notification. Installed mods: https://i.imgur.com/tF99iUG.png Plugins: https://i.imgur.com/Bsgji4p.png
