Still crashes, but i did notice i was getting close to the 3GB VRAM, 2950-2700 MB avg on multiple runs

After pretty much stuffing my game with mods (after stopping to play skyrim one year or so ago) i have approx 120 mods installed, most are from a steam workshop pack called maximum graphics with these being the rest http://puu.sh/cZWQp/8d5def9409.png I have checked in BOSS and i have one file which displays an error, and i have disabled that plugin via NMM http://puu.sh/cZX9h/4750be888e.png My PC specs are: I5 4690K (non overclocked) 8GB DDR3 1600Mhz GTX 780 Ti, overclocked to core 1192 Game running on my boot drive, Samsung 120GB Evo (16GB remaining) Anyone knows why is this happening? Also, i have purchased skyrim with no DLC's from steam if it is neccesary Thanks for the help!
