I believe as you mentioned Before Dark0ne that the idea was good but the execution bye valve and bethesda was bad look at the tail end of this video made by MxR as a mod reviewer he has a feel for the modding community and I believe him when he said that we may have shot ourselves in the foot by dismissing paid mods outright it may have been implemented poorly but the Idea was excellent
