I'm trying to get this ENB installed http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/51350//?. I downloaded the mod and activated it in nmm, the I downloaded the d3d9 dll and put it in my main folder and whenever I load up my save I does not activate and its still vanilla.

Is there a mod similar to The Weapon Mod Menu, http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/44515/? That allows for NMM compatibility, I don't want to install fomod for just one mod. But I want to be able to attach and then take off mods for the weapons. Thanks
