It's very difficult with the barebones tools we have. There's no documentation. I'm currently trying to increase the delay in time during the Judy questline. As you can see, the quest graph is very complex. The game uses something called Pause Condition to handle these conditions. My guess is this condition determines that 1 day has to pass before the next phase of Judy quest begins. But how do I know which part of the quest it is? That's the difficult part. In your case, I think Jackie calls you after you have completed a certain in game action, so it might be even more difficult

It's outrageous that they have incorporated Nitpickers instead of Brothers in Arms. They just looked at the most endorsed mods, which is a sign that the developers know nothing of the modding community. A shame.

Is there a way to fix it?

Actually, in books Geralt can't see in pitch black dark without potions.
