I've read the step project guide and watched youtube tutorials on it, but I'm still confused on how the overwriting system works. Like do my new mods have to be a plus sign in conflicts to ensure that its working? What is the correct general order of putting my mods? (textures first, then lighting, then UI, then weapons, etc).

This happens rarely, but when playing the sound just starts looping... the gameplay works fine, but no other audio is heard other than the looping. Already tried uninstalling all the mods but the problem exists every other day or so and reloading fixes it. Just wondering if someone experienced the same problem?

I just want the place to feel more lively especially in cities and pubs. People walking along the paths while traveling would be awesome too. They dont have to be interactive NPCs.
