I run full-screen 1920x1080. Antialiasing is at 4 samples. Anisotropic Filtering 8 samples. Distant Object Detail is at Medium. Object and Item Fade is at 10. Shadow detail is at medium also. Any help would be awesome :D

I'm having a problem in Skyrim where whenever I open a door to Skyrim and walk or run forward I lag as if it s taking forever to render the distance I can duplicate this problem every time. And if I spin really fast is does the same thing but worse. I've tried to lower my detail and everything but it still happens. It only happens when I have to load a new area. My FPS during gameplay (without the lag) is around 45, which is pretty good, but when the lag sets in it drops down to 0 FPS and then slowly rises as its rendering the distance. I have an AMD Phentomtm II X4 955 Processor running at 3.20 GHz with 8 gigs of ram and a NVIDIA GeForce FTX 550 Ti. I also have GeForce Experience installed and when I optimized Skyrim in the program it got better but now worse again I was wondering if you have any ideas on why this is happening. I attached my DxDiag for anymore computer spec information. Any ideas on how to fix this, or possibly help would be amazing! This is happening in vanilla Skyrim. No mods. Thanks :D
