Sorry I am probably very late on this but I had the same problem. You need to put 06 in front of those ObjectID numbers. the 06 refers to DLC items. Just did it and it worked for me. The problem I had was my quest log said I had them but for some odd reason they were no where to be found in my inventory. So I used those codes to duplicate them and presto! I was able to move on in the quest.
