  1. Thanks alot! Now I can fix it up and get back into skyrim again. Hopefully they get that worked out for future users though.
  2. Ok thanks that sounds like it could work, but I still don't understand why it's doing this because both LOOT and wrye bash list them to be in the correct order with no missing masters.
  3. I guess I should have stated this before, but I have modded and played skyrim with requiem before and know all of the basics, I just recently got back into it encountered this problem which I have never seen before.
  4. I just finished installing all my mods, but now when I try to run the asis or requiem patchers they give the error: <insertmodhere> has missing masters: unofficial skyrim patch. However, as far as I can tell the uskp installed and active. It's checked in mod organizer and wrye bash and I tryed rechecking it but it didn't work. As for the mod it says is missing a master it seems like it is just whichever unofficial dlc patch is closest to the top of the load order, as I messed with the order to see if that was the problem. I looked online and have yet to find any solution to this, so I'm hoping someone can provide help.
  5. Thanks for the links to start me out. Hopefully I'll be able to make the mods I want to.
  6. Thanks for the reply although I'm sorry about not reading the original armor sheet first, I was just super excited for a new overhaul. I think with my ideas it might be better for me to try to make add-on mods that you can use along side other overhauls.
  7. Right now I want to make mods for enemy ai like having enemies run away sometimes when yo shout, or are wearing daedric armor, or like making enemies more realistic when you are sneaking and shooting at them. I also would like to make it so what the game classifies as combat is changed, so that when there is a mudrab far away that wants to kill you it isn't classified as being in combat.
  8. I have playing skyrim with mods for a long time, and I have had so many ideas that I would like to put to use. The problem is I'm not really sure where to start. I watched the ck videos, but I still don't really know how to do the things I want to. Plus, I'm not sure if maybe it would be better to start small and build up by doing a specific type of mod first. Is there a certain thing that I should start with or should I just do what I want to do? Finally, do I need to know any programming languages like ruby, python or javascript?
  9. I have a couple suggestions: a spell that makes people get skinnier and shorter until they disapear, a mod that makes people get bigger and bigger until they explode, and a mod that makes people get really old and have super low health and damage. To make the last one possible I suggest using one actor as an old man for them to turn into and one for an old woman, but idk maybe you can make it more specific.
  10. I would want all of the realism in requiem (an arrow or mace to the face will kill you if you don't have heavy armour, undead are realisticaly much harder to kill than people, dragons are much harder, etc) with all of the fun and cool things (like the amazingly epic perk system) from skyre. I also think the way requiem handles perks to be more weighted would be nice. What I mean is you can't smith without having the perk for it. Although, I am largly a role playing character, so realism, difficulty and immersion may not be the cup of tea for everyone else for example, I like the idea of needing a book to teach yourself the knowledge of dwemer craftsmanship, because it would be long lost otherwise, but I'm sure not everyone will. If you want it to be better for more people you could try making the difficulty useful, in the case of skyre-like difficulty being lower, and requiem-like difficulty being higher. Besides that stuff, I also like the idea of skirmishes with bandits being fast-paced, but a battle with a powerful necromancer, miraak, harkon, or alduin being longer with many stages to be like an old rpg-style epic boss fight. Also, the way of defining actual combat could be reworked, like when there is a wolf ten miles off that wants to kill you, but you just want to smelt some iron. Finally, ai needs some serious work to seem more realistic ex: enemies swimming to follow you if they are determined, but sometimes can't be bothered, when you are know as the dragonborn they may run away, when you wear daedric armor they might get scared, when sneaking with a torch they see you, when you shoot an arrow and kill their friend they don't just go "what was that?" and look around for a bit before relaxing and instead either hide, run away, go to where the arrow came from, or even better: they throw a torch into the hall to see you or set off a trap where you are at. Hopefully you had the time to get this far, but I want to let you know that I understand these may not all be easy or even possible. I just thought I would provide a list of the things I still feel are left empty even when playing with a massively modded game.
  11. I have asis so I would think that the perk problem would be fixed by that. I haven't seen any patches for quest mods with requiem, so if someone could give me some links for them that would be cool. Anyway, I think I am just going to install them because they can't hurt and I will have the opportunity to see what works with requiem and what doesn't.
  12. Shanannigan, I understand what you mean by the voice additions because I know you would have to add them to sound like the original skyrim voices to work. I didn't mean that entirely new lines need to be added because I know that skyrim contains quite a large amount of dialogue lines. I thought you could use a different one that is similar, or you could just remove the original who's there and hello lines. Shadowjin, thanks for all of the cool mod suggestions I will definetly have to try some of them out.
  13. I just thought of the exact same thing. Too bad I can't really make skyrim mods.
  14. While I was watching Gopher's videos I noticed that it the entire time he made jokes aout how stupid everyone was (Although it was pretty funny in a video I think it would be immersion - breaking in game). When he was sneaking and shot someone with an arrow they would say "hello?" or "who's there?" when they had an arrow sticking out of their head. Also, after a few seconds to a minute they completely forgot about the arrow that had just hit them. I would love someone to make a mod where enemies are more immersive in reaction to getting shot by in arrow in saying "archer! get down!" or "where are you?!" and say the other lines when you make noise but don't hit them. I would also like this to make enemies either search indefinetly or run away after they are unable to find you.
  15. Thanks guys I was really worried that they would be too easy because if they're too hard i can just wait until a later level. Hopefully I can find patches for them though.
