There are some mods which DLC doesn't seem to like, especially the Black Emporium, probably due to the mirror. Personally, I take all 'cosmetic' mods out to play through a DLC (which means I can leave my (cheaty) game ones like SOSM and increased inventory capacity in), and I haven't had an issue. Just have 2 mod files, one for the main game, and one for DLC. I think last time I did, the only thing I took out were my crafting material replacers... but I have a lot more mods now :tongue: Oh, and the Mod Manager has been updated for the new patch (patch 10, released a day or so ago). Some mods are a bit broken, some have been fixed, most are unaffected. Shouldn't have any effect on DLC. ;)

This is a list of mods that have been reported broken with patch 10: daimodder.tumblr.com/post/128351178149/dai-patch-10-psa (Although for me, More Influence works as long as I use the configure button in mod manager, as does fabric fixes despite a message saying plaidweave has been overwritten by plaidweave, as does SOSM with always full focus (v3) and no cooldown or mana/stamina cost). Use the Tools Suite to keep your Mod Manager up to date (note that the latest update will install, but the 'upgrade' button will stay available for some reason), generally after a patch or DLC is released, a new version of Mod Manager isn't far behind.

Having this issue too (also in Australia), have a look at the pinned post at the top of this forum (http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/2230934-nexus-download-diagnoser-speed-test-reports/?p=19560179). Seems it's an issue since they switched servers or something.
