I was hoping to create some kind of overhaul to the perk trees, or a house mod, or new quest line.

Oh ok thanks. Will I need to learn how to make textures, or 3d modelling of sorts?

I was wondering what I need to know and/or learn in order to create mods for skyrim???? I am learning blender, fyi.
