I've come back for another break of modding and noticed my dl speeds seem stuck at around 2.5 to 3 mbps. My manual dl speed is also the same speed. also i do have lifetime premium. ookla speed test is showing 115 down 11 up my actual dl speed is around 12mbps below is all of the troubleshoot stuff country: usa for IP: I'm guessing you mean external ip?
