Nvm, solved it by verifying my local game files through steam.

So I've looked through some of the threads on similar issues, and they all seem to be related to some mod. However, I don't use mods, so what could be the cause for the crasch? As you can see in the title I crasch instantly when entering the Silver-Blood Inn in Markrath. I have never had any of these random crasches before. It only happens when I try to enter this specific area.
