I'm having that same issue.

I have no clue what happened here. I saved my game, quit playing for about fifteen minutes and came back to play again. The problem is the saved game that I saved is no longer in the load game menu plus an automatic autosave (my settings are manual saves). There's only one saved game in the load menu and it's from a way earlier save. I only had three saved games, now only that one is showing. So I check the filepath My Docs/My Games/FalloutNV/Saves, and all three saves are there. I'm not much of a computer genius so a little help on this issue would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
