hmmm ... that is annoying ... any chance i can find a file somewhere to reset the value? or get a program or something? there must be a file somewhere that has it set to 1 = 4 that i can reset to 1 = 1

I have somehow gotten my Attribute values set to 1 = 4, anytime i spend 1 point it gives me 4 attribute points ... what mod would do this as i am unable to determine the cause. I would like to set it as 1 = 1 again i have too many mods to list as it's 269 mods in my Vortex list
