I have this problem but I'm using DAI mod manager. All mods worked well until I got the white screen glitch. I had to uninstall/remove all mods until I could save in Skyhold. Once there I saved and then reinstalled all mods. Now nothing is working. I've tried patching, checking mods if I need additional files, etc. So far nothing is working.
