As far as I can tell the only replacer for clothing I have is troublemaker's clothing but for some reason the amulet of julianos is replace by the council amulet tf?

I think this mod was covered in one of mxr's mod showcases.

all replacers i found do no include mage robes for an unknown reason

Do destruction perks effect staves or do the new staff perks take full priority?
