Gazgemauch

i've been trying to make a custom alien for xcom 2, specifically, the elders from xcom enemy unknown. so far everything went well, but when in-game they wont play their animations, the animations work fine in the editor. i attached sound to the animations and it turns out that they are showing up in-game, the model itself just isnt playing it. anyone knows what is going on and more importantly, how to fix it?
