To me my favorite dlc was actually vault tech workshop for building, but I always dreamed of having a settlement similar to the fo3 underworld but a shopping mall, with it's own empty shops you could set up as stores with their own living space in the back for the business owners to call home, a great area to build an arcade, ideally all built also to be built in sizes that may compliment sim settlements. A much more on the fringe idea could be to have a pool area and nuka world rollacoastets like mall of America although I have no idea how easy or hard itd be to copy one of the nuka world rollacoastets would be.
  2. Wanted to go into a lil more detail about some ideas, still hoping someone could pick up one of these ideas. The Apothecary guild, could start as a student having to go find groves and gather a mass of herbs to bring back to the college, and pass some simple tests, similarly to that one bards college degree mod. Eventually to graduate and become a master in the guild getting your own extension workshop and greenhouse, with a imperial importing merchant with a shipping post just outside the main halls, with alot of gold to buy any potions you produce for profit. I can imagine the college/guild itself to have a small compound with a number of greenhouses, a utilities building, some dorms/homes, and a main hall with a number of large labs and beautiful magical interior.. The religious mod could be equally as fun of a progression system for a new character building their own cathedral, with a quarry to slowly work on getting the resources for their cathedral, while being able to craft holy or unholy goods at a crafting bench from materials they can gather around to sell for a profit and to buy more materials to purchase more exotic materials to decorate the cathedral.

(Although I feel like it'll go limbo with no modders willing to help oof) If you feel like taking up any of these projects please hit me up! I can give more detailed ideas and suggestions about any of the topics, this is kinda just a brief overview. Restoring Cult Covens/temples. Kind of an idea for an expansion to wintersun's faiths of skyrim, a mod that allows you to either build or restore ancient covens of worship, such as restoring nightcaller temple after completing its quest, revitalizing and repopulating a hunting ground of hircine, or building a dark library of Hermeus mora. Or a constructable temple of one of the divines. (personally I always wanted to be able to make a hidden vigilant of stendarr vault of dangerous artifacts and sacrilegious books after finishing the vigilant mod lol.) Possibly meant to be played with create a guild, a large lodge that acts as its own college of winterhold, simply dedicated to nature and alchemy, and acts as a major factory aswell, to supplying a large portion of tamriels basic potions. It would be fun aswell to play along with the spell research mod, as that adds its own interesting alchemy system. Hospital Faction Get recruited to work at a hospital north of whiterun, with a overall more da vinci style to medicine with the charts of autonomy, start out by gathering herbs and taking care of a greenhouse, and feeding patients , and go up the ranks to becoming doctor treating the patients, and working a custom workbench that creates bandages and healing items and poultices, and eventually become the master of the hospital possibly. The hosptial itself would be a kinda neutral ground in the civil war for curing the masses of injured, that you dont see that much of other than in kyne's temple in whiterun. There are other mods that do take the sorta da vinci style of hosptials in skyrim, although they're just run by npcs. Blackreach hold Blackreach kinda made me feel sad that It could not be colonized and restored as I walked through it, a giant open mass of prime realistate, with its own lovely government buildings in the center and even the throne balcony. This mod could be rather short, or even up to dlc sized, but I very much like the idea of becoming the king of blackreach, restoring it and building a large civilization down there. The salvation of the falmer Nearing the end of dawnguard gelebor mentions that there is a possibility to the falmer finally finding the light again, this mod would allow you to help see just such happen, working with him to restore the temple of Auri-El and converting the falmer, and gaining passive ones in white robes tend to the temple after converting a number of them. Man more ancient deity worship in general would be cool, like anui-el.

I do like the idea of more interactions with the homeless, although I think it might be fun doing a beggar lord roleplay playthrough, building a little homeless society in like riften or markath, coming to kinda build a homeless society, giving out tasks that reward them for working for you, while building up a underground shanty town lol.

I personally think it would be awesome if there where playerhome shrines/temples to each of the major TES deities possibly with their own initial questline intro creating a base for them in skyrim, and a base, then providing random radiant quests afterwards to continue serving your god. For instance a cult of hircine being based in a small valley similar to the ill met by moonlit valley, and being tasked with to hunt great and beasts, similar to a cult of beothia that could be based in a old temple ruin, their radiant quests based around their ideology to hunt down giant and powerful beasts challenging themselves to get stronger, with variations in the quests letting you duel other cult members. I personally always wanted to have a character dedicated to clavicus vile haha. I've always thought it would also be interesting to see a sort of restoration of some temples of auriel with the religious re-conversion of the falmer again as a sort of neat redemption story. I can give additional details for ideas for each type of cults home and what their quests could be like if any mod creators want to pick up this sort of project. But yeah would love if a mod author would pick up the project, either as just a playerhome, or a fully functional guild/business with medical crafting like I mentioned. The complexity of the mod is up to the creator, if any would like to pick up the request, but I would personally adore a sort of a player run doctor's guild , much similar to the style of Imperial physician https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/72110/ And the doctor's office in whiterun valley, https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/11917 What I'm basically requesting is a much larger version of these type of buildings, dedicated to a player run doctors guild, maybe just using a custom guild mod, however it would be awesome to really expand on it mechanic wise, to build the building from the ground up possibly, and having custom crafting included in it, crafting of bandages, and other medicines, and able to operate on ill patients that could visit. Possible take up house call requests going to npcs homes to take care of them. I'm unsure of where it's location should be, but calling it a "Hospital" would be rather neat, front desk, large kitchen/dining area, operating rooms and some medicine labs, with a cotton farm around the hospital, possibly growing some other useful healing herbs. With some bedrooms on a higher floor for the hospital staff. Would be rather interesting to add a graveyard of crypt just outside of the hospital aswell with a shrine...It'd be neat to add a research mechanic aswell, in the heart of a whole asclepius style around the whole mod.
