I am planning out a PC build for my first gaming PC(leaving consoles finally) and I am going to be playing a lot of skyrim with graphics mods and other mods. I have everything planned out except for my gpu and I would like some insight on which one to buy, I have a budget of $250 and it has to be under 11" due to my case(EDIT: I am looking at the r9 270x).
