It was the age slider and the cheek shape I had no idea it was to do with the actual face just looked like shadows but she is looking much better thankyou so much for the help :smile:

I pulled up the race menu much better zoom you can see here on her cheeks really clearly the shadows, so this is a face problem how would I go about fixing it :/ I assume its not as easy as playing with the cheek sliders?

as you can see by the image below my character has these ugly blocky shadows its bothering me to no end you can see it's not my skyrim prefs ini settings as Acalypha looks perfectly fine I am really stumped on what it could be? if anyone knows anything or have had similar issues please let me know asap
