nevermind I got it to work by Reverting through properties to an older version of the manifest then made the changes -

@PickysaurusIm confused I think I understand I need to change the manifest ID to the new one but do I change all of them and if so what else do I need to do because it doesnt seem to work for me EDIT: I did the steps again with a reverted manifest and now the game shows as uninstalled is that correct?
