Hi just thought id let you know I had this issue when using mods, I started a clean save with no mods and saved just before the companions bit and installed every mod until I found out which one was causing my crash. Turns out it was armonizer (link http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/27028/? ) Don't really know why this one causes the crash but without that one on I have no issues with pelagia farm. Hope this helps someone :)
