  1. Ah, thanks! Shame on me for only searching the forums and not the nexus itself. As the author writes, it is only a partial solution. A mod making all types of traps more deadly can be expected once the CK is out.
  2. Is it just me or are traps not doing sufficient damage in the game? I don't remember how it was when my squishy mage was low level, but now (level 70) traps don't touch me. Are they not levelled? I have the feeling that the "won't trigger pressure plates" perk in the sneak tree is useless. Anyway, an iron grate with spikes into your face should (nearly) kill you. Being run through with lances after triggering a chest trap should kill you. Being hit by dozens of arrows after stepping on a floor plate should almost kill you. Etc. Is there a mod out there fixing this? If not, is some modder considering to do something about the laughale trap damage?
  3. True. (I don't have an account with their official forums so I post in the nexus forums ... ) However, I'm not so sure of their absence here. The nexus is one of the key Beth games modding sites since, well, forever. There are a few true gems here that I would definitely have a look at if I were a Beth employee. On the other hand, those guys have probably better thimgs to do over x-mas.
  4. Please Beth, read this. And act on it for the upcoming patch. Little effort will earn you lots of respect. That and the fact that each time a new patch is released, this mod has to be redone. Thus, why it's absolutely imperative for BS to spend all of 5 seconds to enable the optimize flag in their compiler.
  5. Talking about chests, my one and only chest (so far till I console in a bunch more) is sooooo full of junk, I made the fatal mistake of accidently pressing R instead of E when pulling an item out. Lucky I had just quicksaved and restored the game just prior to my fat fingered faux pas  lol But at least it comes with a sound effect. You almost feel the weight of all the items being dumped on your shoulders. Every tried storing a ton of ingredients only to find out that instead of R for storing you were actually pressing E for eating? Ate a couple of precious daedra hearts away like that. Hell yeah. Not to mention the time lost by having to do it all over again. While we're at it: I'd like to see a buy back option for vendors. I had to buy back (inflated price of course) my gauntlets of lockpicking I accidently sold yesterday.
  6. Like! I hope you can pull this off!
