Decided to look it up, have you tried "Adventurers and Travelers" by kitthenailer? it seems to be along the lines of what you're talking about.

i guess it would depend on what you need but i may be able to help, what can i do for you?

So would you be asking about a follower that has his/her own followers? or a separate NPC that wanders around Skyrim with a merry band of followers? either way I wouldn't know of any off the top of my head, but it should be fairly simple to make in the Creation Kit.
