Wineskin install and modding guide (play Oblivion on a Mac!)

Having trouble with OBSE and the GOG version of Oblivion. In character creation, my character is forced to have dark black skin/scales/fur. This doesn't happen in the vanilla launcher. Also, it seems like none of my mods installed through Wyre Bash and TESMM link up with OBSE. These mods are active through the vanilla launcher. Do you have any suggestions?
