I fixed it by checking the FNISGenerator's uninstalling manual ! Thanks a lot man ! :thumbsup:

hi guys, i just uninstalled the flying mod, and FNIS, the problem is that i got no animation when i play skyrim, here's two screenshots on a video that i made on youtube : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gDd_WCgHykw as you can see there's no animations i can't use weapons when i ride horse im always with the same position every npc has this lag too.. please help me :( i have no idea of what i've done :(
