I'm quite new to modding, was trying to make my first - mainly to learn how to do things. Mod was about adding number of traps into all sort of vanilla skyrim dungeons. Had some scripts attached to them for additional effects - that part worked flawlessly.
But it seems i got owned by CK "issue" i have no idea how to fix.
For example
"mod" like this - all it does is to add 3 unmodified vanilla rune traps. 2 are in Bleak Falls Barrow 01 and 1 in Deadmens Respite.

literally NOTHING other than placement of few traps in those dungeons.
When i travel to those dungeons those traps are there and are working as they should.
But at the same time both those from Bleak Falls explode in Dragonsreach and that one from Deadmens explodes in Helgen Keep. When triggered there the ones in dungeons disappear.
Its completely ridiculous. Seriously i was aware that CK is not perfect but i had no idea it is messed up so much...
ATM my mod was adding like 100 rune traps - and those "rogue" explosions are getting quite common in some areas (interior cells only it seems - but all sort of them).
Had trap from Bleakfallsbarrow02 exploding in bleakfallsbarrow01, one from forelhost exploding in helgen keep. All sort of mess. The more i add the worse it gets.
And i was planing to add many more than that...
If anyone has any idea what may cause this and/or how to make this not happening pleas let me know.
