Well, there's a few good ones that I really like them, and they are already been mentioned by others here, as for the favorite, The Dungeons of Ivellon comes first followed very closely by Blood &Mud.

For RPG genre I'd have to say Oblivion, as for my favorite game, the old good Max Payne...(both of them) it's unbeatable, although I love Half Life2 and GTA-Vice City .

Hmm, the most scariest moments I have, was during The Dungeons of Ivellon mod. It's incredible creepy with insane amounts of bone-chilling frightening sounds and lighting effects. Can't say witch moment exactly was the scariest since the whole mod is extremely well done in this regards but I've never been so happy to see daylight when I get out the dungeon.
