Yeah it's a mess. I'm pretty sure CDPR were unable to make city traffic lights working properly and decided to go the easy way. But it sucks big time. Imo it won't happen, this is way too complicated. It would need way more work than a 'mod' to change this behavior.

You know, like in real life ? Why should I upgrade my skills? A bullet is a bullet :) Same goes for the grenades and other explosions. Seeing enemies getting up after an armageddon is very upsetting! If anyone found/knows something regarding this, fell free to let me know! Thanks!
