  1. So it's not dark mode that's the problem. It's all the color changes for table headings, buttons, and dropdowns. I don't know what all the color settings were before because it was never an issue.
  2. I allowed Vortex to update and install today (11-March-2024) and the color scheme totally changed. Some of the colors hurt my vision. I see in settings that the dark mode is enabled and I can't de-check it. I know dark mode is all the rage these days, but I really dislike this theme. How can I revert to the color scheme that was in place before the update?
  3. Good question. Only way to find out is by trying it. I'm trying it out right now for myself.
  4. It's easy enough to check for mod updates by clicking "check for updates" if those are downloaded from Nexus. But what If I used "install from file" to install non-Nexus mods? If I have an updated version of that mod -- not from Nexus -- how do I update that mod? Do I have to completely nuke my saves, uninstall the mod, install the new one, and start a new game?
  5. I'm not going to get into an argument with you. Yes, I searched for hours on Google and didn't find any relevant results. And I didn't see until just now that the Nexus Forum search bar defaulted to "this topic" and didn't see that detail until just now. Why the search doesn't default to a general search like nearly every other search engine, I don't know. But in any case, I'm moving on. Thank you for your help.
  6. @HadToRegister -- "As mentioned in a bunch of threads...." If I can't find them through hours of Google searches, and it's not even available through a Nexus Forums search, please educate me on how I can find "a bunch of threads" if they're not available in search results? I'm not being snarky. I'd like to know an effective way to find this previously posted information.
  7. This is only a request for information and not for support. I would like to be able to export my "load order" to a text file from Vortex. I know where the mods staging folder is, so I can certainly see a heap of mod folders, but that's not what I'm looking for. I'd like to be to export the list of mods in sequence of load order. I tried LOOT and I don't see an option for that either. If the question is "why would I need to do that?" my response is, because in the past (when I had problems that were well fixed before now), I was requested to give them my load order. I had to do select from LOOT (thankfully I could do that) and manually clean it up in Excel before I could provide that list. Is there a way to do this, or is this best sent as a feature suggestion?
