Thank you solved

First off thank you for your help. I have a legit steam copy of Skyrim, I have started the game with the launcher all the way to the a save. I have uninstalled and re-downloaded Skyrim 3 time. I have been in my registry and the install path is pointing at the spot. Still Boss and TES5Edit won't recognize Skyrim. Loot and Vortex work great. Currently I have all my mods off and my save games backed up. anyone have any advice? TES5Edit replaced with SSE5Edit and that's fixed
