A bit of story behind this request: I was just in-game and for some reason, a bug happened for this one enemy where I could control his fireballs with telekinesis (without any spells in either hand) when they got close to me and I could fully control them like any other object that can be grabbed. I could push it, pull it, blast it away, and it retained its ability to deal damage and clash with other objects and fireballs. I was basically redirecting his own fireballs right back at him and it was fun to do! Unfortunately, once he died the bug went away and enemy fireballs were back to normal and I couldn't use telekinesis on them anymore so I was thinking, why not just make this a mod? Imagine it, you're fighting one enemy then a Mage tries to hit you with a fireball from the side. Instead of dodging or blocking it, you could grab it out of the air with telekinesis and smash it into the enemy in front of you or send it right back to the mage.

Is it possible for someone to make a mod that allows you to crush an NPC's throat (and as a result, insta-kill them) when holding them by the throat? Basically I'm asking for a mod where I could hold an enemy in the air by their neck, press a button then instantly kill them, similar to this scene in Star Wars A New Hope: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r125_IWLAEE&feature=youtu.be&t=19 )
