I am not sure how long ago this happened but seems a new bug has appeared in the vanilla game. Guards in Whiterun, Falkreath and Riften. Seen one other post and they thought it may have to do with warmer climates but that doesn't make sense. I looked in some of the guards outfits through Creation Kit and appears there just aren't any gloves or gauntlets listed. I have tested on multiple clean saves, with SKSE64 and without, with mods and without. Not sure what caused this or how to fix seems to overwrite everything even guard armor re-placers don't help. Even crafted my own patch to focus on the gloves alone but whatever is purging these guards of their gauntlets is some wicked magic. Anyone have any Ideas?

Hey peeps, So I'm working on this weapon projectile script for TES 5 Skyrim SE/LE. what a pain, seems not many discussions have survived on this. As I know of it the script for the bloodskal blade is tied to that weapon and the property cannot be changed. So I believe a similar script needs to be made for each individual weapon which I am most willing to do if someone can school this scripting Noob :laugh:. I spoke with ChizFoShiz creator of Imbued weapons a while back and he said that a lot of the conversations on the topic were moved off site since Bethesda.net revamped. The weapon itself is complex requiring two projectiles, the weapon as well as enchantment with custom magic effect. Plus this big pain in the behind script to tie the projectiles to power attacks on the weapon. I have line code for this script as well as a more complex one I was able to dig up from a long dead forum post which I will leave in spoiler tags. The complex one activates on any hit and works for any weapon including fists. I have tried compiling these scripts myself inside and outside creation kit but it fails out. I believe it mentions the effect doesn't exist. I am unsure what that means. Do I need to put a custom effect in the code? Yep Have you found a solution for this yet? I am having same problem even reset my graphics card settings to default, defragged and ran a virus scan for sh*ts and giggles. Other then that have done clean install, the whole nine. I only have one hard drive its a 1tb and a gtx1080ti. I have my steam installed on a partition as to not run into windows authorization issues if that's even a problem anymore.

Imagine a fallout where you can do absolutely everything in one play through. Instead of choosing just one side choose them all. You are the vault dwelling, ex military, raider raiding, gunner gunning, super mutant pounding person out of time. There has to be some way this can happen. A great story where you can actually charisma your way to a peaceful ending keeping all sides in tact. No more oh well I cant go too far in this quest line before I do this just like the ridiculous ballistic weave requirements before modding off course. Now if we could just do it with all factions. Closest way is to as far as you can then ending with the minute men but the institute is still gone. Why cant he just convince everyone. I have several ideas but don't want to throw spoilers

It is good that it is limited to one place but also lots of work. You'll have to go back to a clean save and test without most of the mods adding them gradually until you find the culprit I did it in groups of five or ten then back tracked one it ctd again. Intel Core i7-770 CPU @ 3.60GHz is what I have installed should have no issues right? I have an ok understanding of hardware but am weak when it comes to the CPU itself. Textures don't seem to load right either namely the sanctuary bridge vanilla or modded. Is it my Ram? Lots of people have 32 and up.

Trying to figure this one out I have cleaned it up a bit but am having some stuttering and random CTD usually outside not usually in combat. when just walking or in the inventory. Mods I have removed are Another life and Enb lighting fix as they caused a CTD with weapon smith extended on the east side of Boston. Removed Real HD Face Textures 2k due to stuttering issues. I am concerned it might be weapon smith extended causing it all or at least the way I installed it. I extracted the ba2s into their data path and stuck them in the weapons smith extended mod folder in Mo. I was to understand most CDT issues with this mod are crafting bench related not random like mine. There are a few texture conflicts between weapon smith extended, raider and minute men overhaul but I have hid some and just let Mo override the rest. I also tried FOTEP the fallout 4 wiki page and had to start from scratch because there were stuttering and ctds so took the bare minimum plus a couple of personal choice mods or substitutions. Random attacks version from oldrim works for special edition and is controller friendly. No need for special animations to make it work either looks fine on its own

Finally using a load order where my not so great rig runs and looks great Except the Random CTDs I have no idea what to do with it to stop these inconveiant crashes. They range from right away to every 15 to 30 minutes of gameplay longer if I'm lucky. I am running widows 7 64-bit through boot camp on my macbook pro.
