SSE Creation Kit does not saves my changes

Im not speak english very well. I’m trying to move and resize some trees from a mod that adds new 3D specifc trees on specific places of Skyrim, I want to made the mod Compatible with other mods because the trees are inside of houses, rocks, etc from the others mods, but when I finish all my changes and save and open the game some trees only have the resize changes but not the move places changes, others trees has all the changes and others does not change it all, if I open again the mod with the creation Kit all the changes are there. Please help me. -

Bro i Want to move the trees of the mod you mentioned "Paradise City" but like you said I Have the "Red exclamations" with the invisible trees on CK. Im new using CK, can you tell me what i need to do? Thanks
