  1. Do you have a good tutorial? I followed an outdated one: http://www.creationkit.com/Exporting_meshes_to_Creation_Kit Also, I don't have access to the other weapons' mesh and bones since I don't have a meshes folder that includes them (just my own meshes)
  2. For the past 4 days I've been working on a Star Wars mod for Skyrim. When I finally finished my Lightsaber prototype I started to follow a tutorial* to get my Blender file into Skyrim. It took about 5 hours to finally complete the entire tutorial as exact as I could (somewhat outdated tutorial so some things wasn't exactly as in the tutorial) I went to the Creation Kit to finally add the Lightsaber when the whole program crashed. I tried again and it crashes again. I haven't seen anyone having this problem before. But then again I have barely seen a single one of the community using Blender as 3D modeling. I really want my mod to be up tomorrow (May 4th) so I can get it out on the Star Wars day and before school starts again. Tutorial I used: http://www.creationkit.com/Exporting_meshes_to_Creation_Kit
  3. I've spent 4 days on my Star Wars mod and when I was going to put the pieces together today for an Alpha release tomorrow (Star Wars day) I couldn't put my Lightsaber prototype in Creation Kit. Here is the model I want to put in: http://i.imgur.com/Hrvk2Ni.png I spent the whole yesterday of getting Blender (free 3D software I'm using) files converted to .nif files to work with Skyrim. When I finally got done it said that the directory was wrong and that I had to put it in my Meshes folder in my Skyrim directory. That folder didn't exist so I got told by /r/skyrim subreddit to make my own meshes folder and then finally put in my 3D model in there. When I finally got done with that, the Creation Kit could finally find it, only that the preview looks like this: http://i.imgur.com/JxntDeP.png rather than showing the actual model. I didn't think it was that big of a deal concidering that I haven't even polished the model yet (I have to see if it works first, and I'm terrible at texture painting in Blender) but now I can't get it to spawn ingame. I changed the ID to lightsaber001 (a tutorial said I could do that to simplify the ID) but it gives me this error: http://i.imgur.com/QgXT8lJ.png I could see the preview in NifSkope perfectly and I successfully made it a .nif file, so what exactly did I do wrong?
