Can anyone make a mod where Pyramid Head from the Silent Hill series is a monster that will chase and try to kill you? Also make it so there's only one who will spawn at random and will only leave if you hide until he goes away. Also can you make it so he's essential so he can't completely die, just get knocked down? Also make him extremely hard to kill, but he will only start to spawn if you're at a high level(like 30+)? One more thing, can you make him have the same voice in the original Silent Hill games? I don't think it would be very intimidating to have Pyramid Head chasing you saying, "Never should have come here!"

Is there/can someone make a mod where the sheaths for one-handed (including dual-wielding) swords in the style of the Witcher series. Could it use the same mechanics and/or be compatible with equiping overhaul? That way I could use the dual swords and also have a bow on my back.

Can someone make a mod that gets rid of cooldown for shouts? I don't think the Dragonborn should have to wait for 5 minutes to use his legendary powers again. That's the option I used and I it doesn't seem to have any effect no matter how much I turn it down. I have it down to 0 and it still has as much as it does when it's set to 100. I manually downloaded it on a different computer and saved it on a flash drive, then activated it on my computer since I don't have internet at my house right now. Could that have something to do with it?

I installed Realistic Needs and Diseases and it seems that the actual needs and diseases parts isn't working. It added new foods/recipes and the descriptions for the food is there. The problem is that it doesn't make me need to eat/drink/sleep. When I do eat/drink, it doesn't actually do anything. I have SKSE and SKYUI and configured the mod settings to where it should make it work. I even upped the scale of how quick it should make me feel hungry/thirsty/tired almost all the way up, but it still doesn't do anything. Could it have anything to do with me using an XBOX 360 Controller? I don't see how it would, but just in case. I installed the Immersive First Person mod, but it seems to have too much head bobble. Whenever I walk, my character's head seems to bounce too much, and it makes me feel kind of sick. I tried configuring all the settings but nothing actually decreases it. The mod is otherwise perfect, I would just like to decrease the bobble. Do you have any idea how I can get the music files? Also, I don't really have any experience with coding, so I don't think I would know how to program the music into there.

I am sort of new when it comes to PC gaming, and the Operating System I got for my new PC is Windows 8. The problem I am having is that I can't seem manually install mods outside of Steam or Nexus Mod Manager. I have tried looking up how to manually install mods for Skyrim on Windows 8 on Youtube/Google, but I only ever see them showing how to on Windows 7 or how to download Minecraft mods on Windows 8. I'll check that out once I'm able to get onto my computer (which isn't until next week). Another thing I'm thinking on doing is completely uninstalling all of my mods, deleting all of my saves, reactivating the ones I want and see if that makes a difference.
