When we have our people to start this Rp, shall we post our characters info and backstory?

Yeah, i was thinking my Character was Dawnguard outcast, Still keeping his Heavy dawnguard armor and maybe a Dwarvern Axe with a Glass Greatsword and his Crossbow

That works too, I mean my main concern is where are the Heros gonna start, and is the a limit to our armor, weapos so we are not OP? i mean in skyrim i like using ebony weapons and Dawnguard Armor

Can we have a small town of rebels against Alduin? Like Falkreath or something?
