Ba2 archives are always good to have i never keep to many loose files and totally agreed with u and yeah those quest mod are gr8 there awesomeness is in another level specially fusion city rising, outcasts and remanants and atomic radio however even with loose files i never faced stutter with those mods just wierd things go on with Bethesda engine and yet i saw some threaded topics earlier facing stutter with those mods.

But i have been plagued with this problem since 2017 like the author of this topic.Things that i learned some mods that mentioned above like lot more settlers,better settlers and some face textures they create stutter when u enter that particular cell and its even recreatable u can autosave and load on that cell it will always stutter in that same place. Some more mods are with issues like raider overhaul and super mutant redux.Endless warfare and war of the commonwealth is another mod that gave me a lot of corrupted saves and stutter but this stutter were totally random and uncreatable must be due to high no. Of spawning that engine cant handle. There is a new mod called more enemies which uses mcm and it is by far the most stable spawning mod however even that comes with high cpu usage in game at random moments. Another thing i noticed that using any hd texture mods with big file size and npc mods can make it even worse ex - My pc specs i7/4700k,1080ti 11gb can run smooth 4k texture pack with some grass and 4k trees mods and then used 4k texture mods with some npc mods like npc travel, endless warfare, more enemies and my performance went to s#*! then again use it with 1k texture pack and spawn mods almost no stutter this time. And here's a little secret i was using all this mods with no stutter and this was in lower vram card gtx970 but back than on 2017 some updates came which permanently changed the mechanism. Respect to all of the mod authors for creating a good mod for this empty game.

No it doesn't happen with all that mods i have been using them ever since and even in diff hardwares

Finally solved this problem it was the mod more settlement attacks ufo4 dont use this mod instead of it use its normal version took me a while to solve it, man that was really annoying coz i didnt got any hints in the whole internet. But any one else having this problem they might get help with this..

Thanxx demanding and others for u r kind support finally after weeks i solved this problem my old nexus mod manager was to blame it was conflicting as u said it had some leftover workshop script i guess coz every time i uninstall my game and mods it didnt fix but this time what i did was a fresh installation of nexus mod manager to its former settings and for godsake this glitch has gone finally.Now in new game sanctuary hills showing 20 happiness cheers only thing that is left i will install mods now and if my problem persists once again then i will show my mod list this time i hope it won't happen Again...

Yeah in sanctuary codsworth there other than him i got no robots and codsworth is default character of game so i dont think so that he will conflict with my happiness guyz i even tried console command in workbecnch to increase my happiness if i increase it more than the current value suppose 100 it freezes there now to new value.And the main reason i am fed up with this due to a quest present in nuka world dlc where u have to take control of the Slog and u need 100 happiness there so u will move to completion of nuka world dlc and u will get wasteland warlord perk which i want but this is bug has tied my legs

Guyz how did u solve this problem help me i got stuck at 50 happiness

Hi guyz well as my topic says my happiness is stuck at 50 in every settlements and i am totally out of ideas i was using around 85 to 90 mods and this bug showed up recently i have also tried fast travel and sleeping for 2 days so i thought happiness will move up after 2 dayz but it didn't also i have fullfilled every requirements of my settlement food above 40, water above 150, power above 100 defense 50, beds more than the no. Of people in settlement even tried uninstalling game and all mods, updated all mods and game version to 1.9 and tried that in a new game but that doesn't help me it was still 50 i feel so sad i love this game and this bug is ruining my whole experience to my paradise and i have already lost faith in my own tricks and ability one more thing i cant understand how is it possible a bug showed up recently is still there even after fresh installation of game with no mods So i am looking forward for help from any one
