Does anybody know the console command for crafting components in CET? I made the mistake of not upgrading my operating system and now i'm far in the game where most loot is tier 4 or 5, so it seems like i'll never get 75 tier 3 components to upgrade my OS legitimately. Help would be appreciated.

I get this horrible glitch where Dakota the nomad and Skin tone 9 on female V mismatch the head and the body color, and also no eyebrows. It happens even if i use only ONE skin mod, ANY of them Doesn't matter which one, and I think it's worth a shot to fix it to try a mod that specifically replaces just the 9th skin tone. Can anyone help me with this? I would be fine with a vanilla esque texture, just something to replace the base one.

And i don't want to go through each one to see which is causing it. Can anyone figure the problem?
