  1. Well I've used FNVEdit a bit recently so I loaded it up and went through all the info relating to a creature, but it doesn't show a Ref ID, only Base ID. Any ideas??
  2. Arrrh right ok, thank you. But I did just read another thread where someone said to type "Prid xxxx" first, so I just tried it and I get the same error message when I press enter after typing Prid xxxx. I'm trying to use the "Form ID" for the creatures/NPCs I found in GECK, which from what I have just read somewhere else, is incorrect. I should be using the Reference ID for moveto commands. How could I find the unique Ref ID for a creature that's already placed in the world, I'm not sure if these creatures are actually spawning as I haven't run into any??? Thank you.
  3. Hi all, I need a little help with the "moveto player" and "player.moveto" commands please. I have a few mods installed that add new creatures and NPCs, but after nearly 300 hours into by current playthrough, I hadn't run into some of them yet, so I thought I would use the console to move my character to the creatures to see where it/they are spawning using the "player.moveto" command. This unfortunately didn't work. So I tried "moveto player" to see if they where spawning in-game at all and that didn't work either. I know I have the correct IDs for them as I can spawn clones in using "player.placeatme" no problem. I also tried doing this with Vanilla creatures like fire ants and rad scorpions, but it still doesn't work I get the same error message: Could someone help me out with what I am doing wrong please, or tell me if this means something is broken with my game??? Appreciate any help, Thanks

I thought I would give it a try while waiting for some advice, and surprisingly it all seems to be working ok, no problems as yet regarding the possible issues mentioned by others :happy: Thread can be deleted Hi everybody, I'm a couple hundred hours into my current playthrough, level 40 currently, and my character is becoming extremely OP. I tried swapping out my normal arsenal of weapons for lower powered variants, same with armor, and I stopped adding any points to stats for Guns, Energy Weapons and Explosives when they hit 65, but I'm still finding that I'm OP. Ok so my plan was to lower my level to 20 from 40. Then decreasing my stats accordingly: -20 levels (15x20 = 300) removing 300 points from my stats and dropping a few on the SPECIAL. I thought this would be a simple job with a couple of console commands...... but then I started reading threads from people saying some commands like "setav, modav, advlevel" can mess up your game, for example, stop you from being able to level up afterwards (permanently stuck at the level you set), or removing items, quests not starting... e.t.c. So I wanted to ask for some advice on the best commands to use to do this, or a safe way that shouldn't mess things up? Any help would be great. Thanks everyone.

Basically I've started a new play through and I want to make it as difficult as possible, but some of the weapon mods I've installed are a little overpowered and don't fit in very well. So I was wondering how I would go about tweaking the damage stats for these mod weapons. I have opened the mods in GECK but now I'm a bit lost to what I have to tweak. I've done a little bit of mod tweaking for Skyrim, but that was a while ago and my memory isn't helping me at all. Would appreciate any help. Thanks
  7. Hi everyone, I would like some help please on how to add a custom armor to SkyRe's ReProccer. I've done a little bit of tweaking with the ReProccer before to balance a few things for my game, but I've never added something from scratch. I thought it would be a simply case of adding the lines: <armor_material> <iArmor>Armor Rating Here</iArmor> <sMaterialName>Name of the mods Armor Here</sMaterialName> </armor_material> But this hasn't worked. So could someone with experience on editing the ReProccer please help me out. Thanks guys, appreciate our help.
  8. Hi to all, I have a strange problem with the mod Supreme and Volumetric Fog. After installing it I loaded my game and used CC's to change the weather to foggy. Well it worked, Skyrim was extremely foggy, but here is the problem. The fog disappears as soon as I move my character! I can stand still for an hour in game and the fog stays, but as soon as I start to walk/run the fog disappears instantly. I've tried moving my load order around, reinstalling the mod and all the different CC's for foggy weather, but nothing has worked :-/ Anyone else experienced this or know of a possible cause???   9. Hi guys, Wanted to ask a quick question regarding Categorized Favorites Menu mod. Does anyone know if there is a way to make the function keys work for equipment sets like you can with SkyUI??? I know you can set equipment sets to the Crtl+1-9 keys but is it possible to use them and the function keys as well??? Thanks, appreciate any help.

  11. Hello everybody, I would like to ask for some advice please from some experienced modders on how I could edit a weapon mod to be used with SkyRe. Ok, so as you know SkyRe changes a huge amount about the game, including weapon and armor values. Now for big well known mods such as Immersive Armors and Weapons there are ReProccers to raise the values of these modded items to rebalance them to fit with SkyRe. So, what I would like to know is, how would I go about adjusting the values of a weapon mod so it fits in with SkyRe and isn't massively underpowered??? The mod in question adds a Dragonbone and Daedric crossbow to the game, and I would like to simply raise the damage rating. Is this something simple that can be done with TES5Edit or is it more in-depth??? Thanks guys, really appreciate any help. Cheers
  12. Arhh Never mind, I read on the skyrimwiki page that ebony armor/weapons start to appear in loot from level 32 but very rarely they can appear earlier. Just thought it was weird that I've only just started finding Dwarven items in loot, no Orc of any kind, no Glass and only recently Elven. Then suddenly I find 4 or 5 ebony swords and maces, a few ebony boots, helmets and 4 full armors! Very strange. Anyway no bother just wanted to ask if anyone had seen this before.
