  1. Thanks, i will test it out. I didn't even know this mod existed.
  2. Sometimes i wish you can make items in your inventory unsellable so you can't sell them accicentally when you have a lot of junk/stuff to sell but don't want to loose real stuff you like and want to keep. The only things that are not sellable are questitems but it would be nice if you could do the same with your loot, make them somehow unsellable like questitems Maybe someone is willing to make such a mod, i am not a modder so i have no idea if that is possible or not.
  3. LAL is, imho, a must have mod, i was getting sick and tired of always playing the same beginning of the game over and over again. now you have different options. It was a great idea from the modmaker to make such a mod.
  4. ........ you try to fast travel through your navigationsystem. ........ you keep bying arrows by your local mall.
  5. Maybe you could use Gopher's immersiveHUD. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3222/?
  6. Some things in Skyrim are completely foolish, lockpicking is imho only usefull if you are a thief, but if your character is a warrior or a mage the lockpicking thing has no real value and yet you need to lockpick chests and doors, in chests you find often potions of health and magicka, which you use if you are a mage or a warrior. Bethesda could have thought those things more thoroughly to make the game more aimed at specific characters.
  7. I agree, i believe Bethesda left a lot of loose ends on purpose so the player can make his/her own interpretation of the story, where Bethesda only left a few pieces of information behind as some sort of a guideline to work with.
  8. I also have Skyrim the legendary version (bought from a store) and skse works fine, at least version 1_06_16, but the newest one; 1_07_00 doesn't work for me, all i get is an infinite loadingscreen at the start up. As soon as i choose 'continue' or an previous saved one it starts a loadingscreen and it keeps on loading and loading and loding and......... ihave to shut it down.
  9. Maybe it is the Dragonborn himself (you) from the future who wants you to become more powerfull by learning all the words of power, in the future he knows all the words. Maybe in the future he learned a word that gives him the power to travel back and forward in time. only you yourself would know where you were in a certain period of time.
  10. I did encounter a strange problem with a brawl when i was send to the cidhna mines, i use to have a fistfight with Borkul the Beast in order to meet Madanach but instead of only using his fist he used his pickaxe, which of course wasn't fair  I tried using the console and throught the openactorcontainer command to take the pickaxe, which worked for a short time but then he got a new one. I then used destruction magic (as i am a mage), on him and killed him, all the other prisoners became hostile and attacked me so i had to kill them too and took the key from the ashpile (what was left of Borkul and all the other dead prisoners) and went to Madanach, who attacked me right away without any dialog, i killed him too, which i was planning to do anyhow LOL, i escaped and met Thonar, he gave me back my stuff and that was it, there where no guards that came after me for killing everyone in the mine.It was very strange, i had played this part a few times before but never had this weird problem before, all went like it should be (i guess).
  11. If you fight Tsun it should be a nice thing if you loose the fight you fall on your knees, like all other npc's do, and then Tsun could send you back to Tamriel and not let you enter Shor's Hall. that would be, imho, a proper way to do it. You as Dragonborn are also essential so dying is not allways necessary.
  12. Nice to know that they are NO longer essential.
  13. I think the voice actors have much more dialog with all the npc characters then the DB, now there are allready different races and voices, male and female, so the only thing the actors have to do is to record the sentences of the dragonborn in different type of race and male or female like the actors allready did with the npc's. As mentioned it is a character (a fictional one) so it does not matter if the voice of the DB doesn't match your own (real life) voice, it could be funny if you could choose a voice you like. For me it would give the game a bit more dimension, now i sometimes have the feeling as if the DB is a mute, npc's are realy talking to you and your only reaction is clicking on a sentence but there is no sound. But of course it is just my opinion, nothing more.
  14. Why did Bethesda give the dragonborn no voice, they have a lot of voice actors so it would be easy to let the dragonborn speak. They could make you choose a voice for male/female and race so when you start a (new) game choose a race and gender there is a voice attached to it, how hard could it be. I imagine it would even be possible to make a slider to adjust the voice height/range. In the game (without any mods of course) all the dialogs are there so they know what he/she will say, so instead of just let him/her react the way you do now it was nicer to hear a voice. I know when there are mods with new dialogs it is not possible to let the dragonborn speak with the same voice so it is acceptable if you react the way you do now, in some mods even the new npc's don't speak and that is fine by me. The dragonborn looks a litte bit like a mute imho.
  15. I hate Steam too, a few years back you bought a game, installed it on your computer and you were ready to play, it was just a matter of a few minutes. These days with Steam it can take hours to install the game simply because you have to download it, not to mention when you need to re-install the game, you can start all over again with that annoying installation process. I bought skyrim, so it is a legal copy, but i would ratter get rid of Steam if it were possible, i would make my own descisions weither i play online or offline (even without an internet connection at all). Although we hate Steam we also have to blame Bethesda because they agreed to work together with Steam, like Rockstar games does with windows live.
