****SOLUTION!!! FIXED!!!***** I found a fix that worked for me. I had the exact effect as shown in liams366's 'wispmother.jpg' above. Go to this link: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/872861-tutorial-removing-unwanted-magic-effects-from-the-player/ Scroll down/search for 'wispmother', it should be near the top. In the picture, the effect is white, but for me it was kind of turquoise; I've heard of it also being darker. It still worked like a charm, just follow the easy instructions.
