  3. Skyrim's enemy levels are dynamic and scale with the player's level, which is very very bad. A dragon encounters at level 10 may not be able to defeat a bandit encountered at level 30. For example, at the beginning of this game, I can kill a bandit with two normal attacks with a steel sword. However, after playing for dozens of hours, even though the weapons I use have higher damage, I still need two attacks to kill a bandit. The bandits have also become stronger! This is not reasonable! Is there any way to lock all enemy states so that the enemies I encounter at level 1 and 30 have the same attributes and equipment? Or just lock player level, allowing only skill upgrades, but this would prevent the player from obtaining perk points. Perhaps skill points could also be obtained when the player absorbs a dragon soul... When I was level 1, I was hitting normal crayfish with a broken stick, and when I was level 20, I was hitting mutant crayfish with a finely crafted stick.
