maybe 2 not really compatible variations of the same mod are activated at the same time (from the same mod install) like YaddaYadda_no_dlc.esp YaddaYadda_all_dlc.esp Oh yeah, good point! Also, robbierings, are these vanilla objects or added by a mod? If you use FO4Edit and can remember an example of an object that had this issue, you could take a look. They are vanilla objects like teddy bears (not all teddy bears though), another time it was....duct tapes. Those are the only two I can think of off the top of my head but I'm sure that all the situations where my game crashed from picking up dupes it was vanilla items.

I use NMM for all my mods and avoid loose files at all cost. It's possible I updated a mod incorrectly when updating. I know I tried to update SKE and Homemaker but I couldn't find Homemakers uninstall holotape in game so I just uninstalled the update and went back to a save previous to the uninstall/update. It could be something that was uninstalled in the past and I accidentally loaded a dirty save but not likely as I try to be super careful with clean saves but that seems along the lines of what would cause the issue. I do use LOOT and I would also think that it would show me an error if I had two of the same mods installed. I checked my plugins.txt and didn't see anything that looked duplicate also couldn't figure out how to format my plugins.txt in my word app (AbiWord) to alphabetical order (not sure if I should feel stupid about that). I guess the only thing I can do now is wait till I run into the dupe again and try testing that save by deactivating mods - but like I said before, if it is a dirty save then I guess that that wouldn't tell me anything by deactivating my mods one by one which I don't look forward to doing as I have a lot.

Occasionally I will come across items in the Wasteland where there are two of the same item next to each other or on top of one another. As soon as I pick up one of the duplicate items the game CTD's. Upon reloading picking up the item no CTD. I suspect it could be due to a mod that's creating duplicate items but that seems unlikely because most of the items I encounter are in random outskirts of the Wasteland. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If not perhaps you may have some input on what could be causing this to happen or a way to fix the problem would be super rad.

Yeah!!.....Same thing has been going on for awhile, I just keep playing anyway although it's super annoying.....Hopefully someone knows how to fix it.....It's just my right arm though, left arm works fine. If I want to attack someone with my right weapon I have to stop completely to attack, same deal if I'm on a horse.....

Great idea....I'm level 63 and have been collecting every soul gem fragment I have ever found throughout the game and have them securely stashed away in a lock box in my Breezehome waiting for a cool mod allowing one to craft soul gems and so far it's just crafting them at a forge...... Just another idea to add to yours is the possibilty of using the portable enchanting table from Frostfall as a model.... Not sure if I'm having exactly the same issue as described above but I can't attack with weapon, bow or magic while moving, if I stand still I can attack just fine....Has anyone figured out the solution to the problem or anyone have any idea's why this may be happening?

So I tried deleting those files with no avail......I'm having a similar problem....I can't swing my weapon while moving in any direction but if I stand still I can swing away.......Any other thoughts on what to do to fix this issue?

Be it melee, magic or bow I'm getting absolutely no response pressing the attack button while moving.....My Sheild/Block works just fine and standing still I can attack without any problems......It's just anything in my right hand that doesn't respond while moving in any direction.... I know it's not a problem with my computer button because it works perfectly well for everything else.... Any thoughts on this would be helpful and if you've experienced similiar issues please share.....Ultimately I'd like to find a solution to this problem

I have: Laptop Windows 8.1 Intel® Core i5-4210U CPU @ 1.70GHz 2.40 GHz 4 GB (3.89 GB usable 64-bit x64-based processor I”m running Skyrim Legendary edition 1.9.32 I’m using NMM with SKSE...1.9.32 installed with NMM..... I also followed Gophers video instructions and everything works except the MemoryBlocksLog.Log is not displaying: 512 for the first block..... If anyone can help me to resolve this problem, I can finally play some freakin' Skyrim. Thanks in advance

I thought I had it figured out because some of the mods loaded into my game but those were just the ones that changed stuff like meshes and textures but the mods still don't show up in my launcher data tab......I think my eyes are going to crumble up and fall out.....I'm going to take a break for a bit....Let me know if you have any thoughts on the problem

I figured out the CTD was happening because for some reason the Skyrim Launcher data file keeps removing the tick from my unofficial High Resolution Patch....That's gonna be annoying

I thought I had it figured out but my mods still wont load into my launcher data tab.....I've been trying to figure this out for days and my brain hurts and perhaps I'll start pulling out my hair

I just modded my Skyrim The Elder Scrolls V from scratch adding some mods suggested by Gophers' Beginner's guide to modding Skyrim tutorial, although I’m no beginner there's still so much to learn.......I started a new game from the beginning but none of my mods loaded.....My game will load just none of the mods..... I've tried loading my game from my Steam/Steamapps/Skyrim folder....CTD..... I tried loading from my Games folder where I intalled my Skyrim game....Loads but without any mods installed..... OK....Awhile back I moved my NMM into my games folder with all the other game related stuff I have - so I moved it back to the Program Files folder.....Didn't work..... Here's is where I have all game related things stored on my computer.....I'm going to attach some files so you can see what I have going on in these folders. Actually I can't seem to add an attachment... I have 123 active mods...I tried to take screen shots of my NNM but this thread wouldn't let me post it for some reason unbeknownst....It would be 3 screen shots......I'm pretty sure it's not my mods or the mod order (perhaps it is) but I think it has to do with where I have my programs installed....I'll start making a list of my mod order and send it to you....Cheers!!!
