Glad to see someone else wants this done, stupid shields annoy the crap out of me. Also it's not a bug it's just poor design.

This has irritated me for the longest time and has made me play without a shield for the mystic knight, him having the shield on his back like an idiot. So please feel free to attempt 1 of 2 requests. 1) Make the Mystic knight hold his/her shield in their offhand like the fighter class. or (if too difficult) 2) Delete the textures on some random mystic knight shield so it will appear clear so that we can still cast shield spells without having the huge shield ruin our sweet armor builds.

So I recently bought fallout 3 goty and wanted to install some new mods (I've done this before on New Vegas) So I noticed that I needed to update the mod manager, so I did that and it all checked out. So I launch the mod manager and it scans for games, I check New vegas and Fallout 3 and it all checked out, A O.K. So I head over to install some mods but upon clicking "Install mod using NMM" I get an error saying that Nexus mod manager isn't set up with Fallout 3, but the mod manager checks out, and I tried a instillation and even that didn't work. Please help.

I get up to 1.5 gigs of memory for the gpu and I can run planetside 2 with high textures and low everything else and get 30-50 fps

Also guys, I'm running on a laptop with intel hd 4000 integrated graphics, a 3630 qm quad core, and I have 12 gigs of ram, so am I going to be able to handle the HD texture packs?

Can someone link me a tutorial and everything I'm gonna need to know for installing mods and stuff for fallout new vegas on steam? I'd very much appreciate it. :)
